Providing preparation of cascading sub-activity activity programs
Tuesday, 11/01/2021. As part of efforts to improve the quality of East Kalimantan planning, the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda is implementing a work agenda related to optimizing coordination between sectors.

Secretary of the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda, Mrs. Charmarijaty, ST, M.Si led the briefing activity for preparing cascading programs/activities/sub-activities at the Regional Police meeting room of the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda office.

In her direction, Ms. Charmarijaty said that the briefing activities currently being carried out are intended to ensure that the preparation and verification of the RENJA and RENSTRA for Regional Apparatus have the same perception so that the resulting planning documents are more targeted and of better quality. "The purpose of preparing Cascading is so that we all have the same perception regarding the preparation and verification of the Renja and Regional Apparatus Strategic Plans," said the woman who is familiarly called Ibu Nona.

Cascading is the process of elaborating and aligning performance which includes goals, strategies, policy direction, priorities and performance targets.

The formulation of performance indicators is a measure of the success of the organization's strategic objectives as well as measuring, reporting and evaluating performance both in accountability information reports (LKPJ), Regional Government Administration Reports (LPPD), and Government Agency Performance Accountability Reports (LAKIP/LKJIP).
