Preparation of the Ministry of Home Affairs Facilitation Material and Improvement of the East Kalimantan Province RKPD Document in 2022 (Balikpapan, 10-12 June 2021)

East Kalimantan Province Bappeda held a coordination meeting of the Ministry of Home Affairs Facilitation Facilitation and Improvement of the East Kalimantan Province RKPD document in 2022. The event was held for 3 (three) days, at the 6th floor Magnolia Meeting Room, Astara Balikpapan Hotel.
The event was opened by the Head of the Regional Development Evaluation Planning and Control (P2EPD) of East Kalimantan Province, Rina Juliaty, S.Si, M.Sc (representing the Head of Bappeda), attended by Representatives of all fields in Bappeda Province of East Kalimantan; Regional Revenue Agency of East Kalimantan Province; East Kalimantan Province PUPR-Pera Office; Department of Population, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection of East Kalimantan Province; East Kalimantan Province ESDM Office; Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Office of East Kalimantan Province; and Infrastructure and Natural Resources Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Kalimantan Province.
A series of agendas in this meeting include:
- The first day's agenda is in the form of identification and consolidation of material for refinement of the final draft document RKPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2022; and preparation of the completeness of the form form according to Permendagri No. 17 of 2021.
- The second day agenda in the form of the preparation of innovation material in the RKPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2022 related to the implementation of the Samsat Kaltim Delivery innovation (E-Samsat), Sirag Jukut, Ojon Berlian, Synergy Etam-TJSL Houses of Live and Food for Greening, 50,000 Electric Connection FREE, and PAHALA KALTIM.
- The third day agenda is in the form of improvement and improvement of 8 (eight) chapters in the final draft document RKPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2022.
