Preparation of Ministry of Home Affairs Facilitation Materials and Completion of RKPD Documents for East Kalimantan Province for 2022 (Balikpapan, 10-12 June 2021)
Balikpapan, 10 June 2021, 09.00 WITA. The East Kalimantan Province Bappeda held a coordination meeting for the preparation of Ministry of Home Affairs facilitation materials and the refinement of the 2022 East Kalimantan Province RKPD documents. The event was held for 3 (three) days, taking place in the Magnolia meeting room on the 6th floor, Hotel Astara Balikpapan.
The event was opened by the Head of Regional Development Evaluation Planning and Control (P2EPD) of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Rina Juliaty, S.Si, M.Si (representing the Head of Bappeda), attended by representatives of all Divisions in the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda; East Kalimantan Province Regional Revenue Agency; East Kalimantan Province PUPR-PERA Service; Department of Population, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, East Kalimantan Province; East Kalimantan Province ESDM Service; East Kalimantan Province Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service; and the Infrastructure and Natural Resources Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Kalimantan Province.
The agenda for this meeting includes :
- The first day's agenda consisted of identifying and consolidating materials for improving the final draft RKPD document for East Kalimantan Province for 2022; as well as preparing complete forms for filling in according to Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 17 of 2021.
- The agenda for the second day was the preparation of innovation material in the 2022 East Kalimantan Province RKPD regarding the implementation of innovations SAMSAT Kaltim Delivery (E-SAMSAT), SIGAP JUKUT, OJON BERLIAN, SINERGI ETAM – TJSL Livable Homes and Food for Reforestation, 50,000 Free Electricity Connections, and PAHALA KALTIM.
- The third day's agenda consists of improving and perfecting 8 (eight) chapters in the final draft document for the 2022 East Kalimantan Province RKPD.
