Improvement of East Kalimantan RPJMD Indicators

Evaluation of the 2015 East Kalimantan Province RPJMD which is the 2nd year of the 2013-2018 East Kalimantan RPJMD on 25 to 26 November 2015 at the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda office Jln. Kusuma Bangsa Number 2 Samarinda and continued with improving the performance indicators of East Kalimantan Province SKPD through indicator clinic activities which are divided into 4 planning areas, namely the Human Resources Development Sector, the Economic Sector, the Government & Apparatus Sector, the Infrastructure and Regional Development Sector from 30 November 2015 to 2 December 2015.
Based on the results of the two coordination meetings with SKPD within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda followed up by holding an internal meeting of the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda led by the Head of the Regional Development Assessment and Financing Division represented by the Head of the Regional Development Financing Sub Division, Andi Arifuddin, S.Pi., M.Si in the Propeda meeting room on the 2nd floor of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Tuesday 8/12/15 attended by Head of Division, Head of Subdivision, Head of Subdivision and staff from Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province.
The meeting produced several important points including:
1. The results of improvements to SKPD performance indicators will be brought to the 2016 RKA;
2. Indicator improvements can be made only at the output level;
3. Mapping first what needs to be done;
4. There is no schedule and strategy for follow-up evaluation of SKPD indicator improvements;
5. The clinical results from SKPD will be returned to SKPD;
6. Clinical results become the basis for the revision of the RPJMD;
7. Staff review has been made;
8. Changes to performance indicators are only made in the output;
9. Revision of SKPD Strategic Plan;
10. HDI achievements change so changes are needed;
11. Legality and consistency in the RPJMD;
12. Indicators can change along the way depending on the Ministry of Administrative Affairs' session;
13. Meanwhile, from the Ministry of Home Affairs' perspective, consistency and legality are required;
14. Review of existing regulations between Bappenas, Ministry of Home Affairs and Kemenpan;
15. Current documents can be updated in the SIPPD or Brigesystem application;
16. The results of this meeting are reported to the leadership to make decisions taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of each;
17. Consistency between planning and budgeting requires attention to SIMDA;
18. The main target of the RPJMD has not changed;
19. Changes in activity performance indicators can change targets;
20. Everything must be written first or legal;
21. 2016 RKPD which revised activity indicators;
22. Improvements to the new SKPD indicators from Mr. Berlin at Bridgssystem;
23. If the Economic Bid has been improved, it would be better if other bids have also changed;
24. The results of this meeting are still waiting for Dr. Ka's approval. Bappeda to open a Bridgssystem in order to improve SKPD indicators;
25. The results of improvements to SKPD indicators are in P3D, preferably for the Planning Division to import the data;
26. Improvements to indicators in 2015 will improve the value of 2016;
27. The Head of Planning Subdivision is expected to be able to provide a message either via WA or SMS to the Head of Program Planning Subdivision to open the Bridgssystem application;
28. Changes in indicators must be considered from all aspects;
