Dialogue meeting and employee performance activities in the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda environment

Bappeda Kaltim Holds Dialogue Meeting and Employee Performance Activities in the Poldas Meeting Room chaired by the Head of East Kalimantan Bappeda, Yusliando and attended by all Bappeda staff. This meeting presents speakers from the Head of BPS of East Kalimantan Province.


In the meeting, The focus of the discussion is to harmonize the performance indicators to the staff level. This dialogue aims to ensure the tasks can be distributed evenly and the performance of each individual can be measured according to their respective tasks.


= "QL-Align-Justify"> Yusniar, Head of East Kalimantan Province BPS as a resource person to share experiences about Cascading Performance, namely the process of aligning strategic targets, performance indicators, and organizational targets to the individual level. This process aims to:

• Encourage collaborative planning,

• Align performance,

• Has a reference for assessment, and

• Using resources effectively, as regulated in Menpan RB Number 89 of 2021 .


In its implementation, BPS conducts equalization and uses agile approaches by forming a work team Based on the organizational structure and the scope of the work, as well as based on SOPs and work agreements.


BPS uses the KIP App application to monitor individual performance plans every month, complete with supporting evidence. In addition, BPS uses notion as a monthly performance mapping and reporting platform, as well as a spreadsheet matrix to manage the main indicators, responsibilities, documents, and deadlines. Comprehensive analysis is also carried out so that the distribution of work is evenly distributed and according to individual capacity.


With This meeting, East Kalimantan Bappeda hopes to be able to implement the knowledge distributed by BPS in order to improve the quality of regional development planning and accountability of public services, as well as achieving optimal strategic performance targets in 2025.
