Evaluation and Update Procedure Meeting for Activity Reports in the General Sub-Division of Bappeda
Samarinda, (21/08/2024) – Head of General Subdivision Achmad Risa held a meeting of the General Subdivision secretariat staff in the Repetada Meeting Room. This meeting was attended by all ASN and non-ASN employees in the general sub-division, with the main agenda discussing the evaluation of the implementation of discipline and performance of General Sub-Division staff at the East Kalimantan Bappeda.
In the meeting, Achmad Risa emphasized the importance of discipline in permit administration, especially regarding clarification of permit letters which still need to be improved to make them more orderly. Apart from that, he appreciated the achievements in the daily activity reports that had been carried out over the past month. Even though the report is still being carried out via the WhatsApp group, Achmad Risa admits that there has been significant progress.
As part of efforts to increase the efficiency and accuracy of reports, starting September 1 2024, all ASN and non-ASN employees in the General Sub Division are required to fill out daily activity reports via Google Form which must be equipped with supporting evidence. This daily report will be summarized systematically to increase transparency and accountability.
Achmad Risa hopes that this update can provide benefits in improving discipline and accuracy. With this new system, it is hoped that all activity reports can be more structured and accurate, so that the evaluation and monitoring process can be carried out better. With supporting evidence attached to the report, it is hoped that better transparency will be created in activity documentation.
Achmad Risa also hopes that all employees will be committed to full responsibility, so that the goal of improving performance within the East Kalimantan Bappeda can be achieved optimally.
