In order to accelerate the achievement of the 2020-2024 RPJMN targets in the Housing, Drinking Water and Sanitation Sector, the formulation of synergistic strategies and activities between the Central and Regional Governments is very much needed, so Bappenas is holding a National Coordination Meeting on Strategies for Achieving Targets in the Housing, Settlements, Drinking Water and Sanitation Sectors. online via Zoom meeting.
Activity This was opened by the Deputy for Facilities and Infrastructure of Bappenas, and attended by the Regional Secretary, Provincial Bappeda, Water Resources Service, works creation and Provincial Spatial Planning throughout Indonesia, National PPAS Working Group Secretariat, National CCMU Team, PMU PPSP Secretariat, World Bank, Kotaku, Kiat and Pasimas.
Meeting This coordination aims to confirm baseline commitments and regional targets in supporting the achievement of the 2020-2024 RPJMN targets, formulate strategies and activities to achieve targets regions according to the 2020-2024 RPJMN indicators, and the internalization of baseline and targets in the areas of housing, drinking water and sanitation in regional planning documents.
17 Provinces in Indonesia have sent provincial targets for housing, drinking water and sanitation to Bappenas and the Ministry of Home Affairs. This target is the first step for regions to further map and determine appropriate strategies and programs. The activity program refers to the nomenclature of integrated regional development programs and expenditures contained in Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs 90 of 2019.
From This activity hopes that regional participants will be able to develop implementation strategies in the areas of housing, drinking water and sanitation in accordance with the policy direction and targets of the RPJMN.
