Coordination Meeting for the Implementation of Fresh USAID Project Activities in East Kalimantan Province
Tuesday, 02/15/2022. Head of Natural Resources and Environment Sub -Division Agus Taswanto, S.T. Along with the staff attending the Coordination Meeting for the Implementation of Fresh USAID Project Activities in East Kalimantan Province through
zoom meeting at 09.00 WIB.
- Discuss the procedures for implementing foreign grants at the regional level.
- Getting input on regulations to be the basis of the basis of the Cooperation of the Implementation of Fresh USAID activities in East Kalimantan Province.
- Discussing the coordination of the implementation of fresh USAID activities in East Kalimantan Province.
- Compile recommendations for coordinating the implementation of fresh USAID activities in East Kalimantan Province
the conclusion at the meeting is that PKS is not needed in the implementation of fresh usaid; Additional documents are required as a basis for implementing fresh USAIDs, in the form of Work Plans (AWP); The division of tasks, agreed upon with the relevant sector, was signed between the Regional Government Representative (Bappeda) and the Implementing Partner (COP); Work plan documents in the district are signed by the Head of Bappeda and the Implementing Partner (COP);
AWP consists of the work plan agreement in the province and district which is the project location. Starting in the formulation of AWP 2. And the Head of the Province Bappeda is included in the Fresh USAID technical team.
