Coordination Meeting to Transfer Management of Tepra Application Management
Wednesday, September 29 2021. Following up on the Governor's Letter Number 020.0/5059/BP3D/B.AP concerning the Transfer of Management of the Tepra Application to the Provincial Secretariat's Development Administration Bureau. East Kalimantan, a coordination meeting for the transfer of management of the Tepra application was held in the Propeda Meeting Room (Bappeda Provincial Kaltim) and was attended by the Secretary and the relevant Heads of Divisions and Subdivisions within the Provincial Bappeda. Bappeda and the Provincial Secretariat Development Administration Bureau. East Kalimantan who attended the meeting agreed on several things contained in the Minutes of Agreement on the Transfer of the Tepra Application, including:
- The Adbang Bureau as the Admin of the Tepra application, takes full responsibility and coordinates with other Regional Apparatus (BPKAD and the Goods and Services Procurement Bureau) regarding the withdrawal of basic data on the Tepra application;
- Coordinating Regional Apparatus in the process of basic data entry and realization data as well as reporting to the Governor and Presidential Staff Office and holding regular Tepra Meetings;
- Bappeda as a planning institution is given access to get all data on the Tepra application as a viewer;
- The Tepra application is moved to a server that is an asset of the Adbang Bureau;
- In the event that a server is not yet available at the Adbang Bureau, the Tepra application will temporarily remain on the server at Bappeda until a server is available at the Adbang Bureau in 2022;
- Maintenance and updating of the Tepra application will then be the responsibility of the Adbang Bureau;
- For technology transfer, the Adbang Bureau can consult directly with Tepra programmer experts previously used by Bappeda or other programmers.
