Balikpapan-Samarinda Toll Road Completion Meeting
Samarinda, (08/03/2021). Head of Transportation Infrastructure Subdivision Dedy Pudja Wardana attended the Balikpapan-Samarinda Toll Road completion meeting virtually via Zoom Meeting.
This activity was led by Assistant II for Economics and Development Administration Mr. Abu Helmi, and was attended by elements of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, Balikpapan City Government, Kutai Kartanegara Regency Government , and PT. Jasamarga Balikpapan.
This meeting aims to follow up on the results of the site visit for the opening of the guardrail for the Balikpapan - Samarinda toll road on February 23 2021.
Dedy said that there were 24 points where damage/opening occurred. Of the 24 points, 17 points can be repaired directly to the fence, 5 points need to be handled persuasively and 2 points need further coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Dedy further explained that PT. JBS has currently carried out repairs at 17 points that have no problems, while for 5 points that need to be handled persuasively, PT JBS has requested assistance from the Balikpapan Provincial Government and City Government.
