Further action Meeting of the application of the Srikandi application in the scope of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province
Samarinda (11/14/2023), Mr. Achmad Risa as the Head of the Bappeda General Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province led a follow-up meeting to apply the Dynamic Archive System Application (Srikandi) in the scope of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province. This meeting was held in the Repetada Meeting Room and was attended by admin Srikandi Bappeda, Bappeda letter recording, Bappeda archivist, Secretariat archive processor, PPED, PPM, PSDA and Infrastructure.
In accordance with the decision of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 679 of 2020 concerning General Application of Dynamic Archives, that Aoplication of Srikandi is designated as a general application of dynamic archiving.
Bappeda Province East Kalimantan this year prepared the application of the Srikandi application in the scope of Bappeda Province of East Kalimantan. In the meeting, Mr. Achmad Risa asked each field to process a letter to be processed through the Srikandi application as an initial stage in the implementation of the Srikandi application.
After this initial stage of the process, an evaluation will be held in the next two weeks on November 27, 2023 to measure the success rate of implementing the initial stage of the Srikandi application while finding a solution to the problems that may be found in the process application of the initial stage.
Please note, the Srikandi application is a modern archival processing system made by collaboration between the Ministry of Administrative Reform (PANRB), Ministry of Communication and Information ) and the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI). This system is as a bureaucratic transformation for Indonesia, especially for local governments from manual bureaucracy to modern bureaucracy by digitizing regional documents and integrated as well as recorded in national central data. In the Srikandi application, all analog and digital -based information will be well recorded so that it can be evidence that is accountability and can be accounted for.
The successful implementation of the Srikandi application is inseparable from the commitment and collaboration of the manager of the archival and recording of correspondence at the East Kalimantan Bappeda. It is hoped that the application of the Srikandi application, can be implemented well to represent an electronic -based government system (SPBE).
