Samarinda, 10/23/12. Prioritize good coordination and cooperation between administrators or committees and all parties involved in making the event a success  implementation of the 1433 H/ 2012 AD Qurban service within the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, will be held on Saturday, 27 October 2012 or 11 Dulhitjah 1433 H (after Eid al-Adha, Friday 26/10/12) in the parking lot behind the East Kalimantan Bappeda office, Jln. Kusuma Bangsa Number 2 Samarinda.

Kusuma Bangsa Number 2 Samarinda.
This was conveyed by the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Ir.H. Nazrin, M.Si while leading the preparation meeting for the implementation of the sacrificial service within the East Kalimantan Bappeda to the committee in the East Kalimantan Bappeda Secretary's room from 08.00 – 09.30 WITA, 10/23/12. The committee present at the meeting included the Head of General Subdivision, Hj. A. H. Yone May; Head of Finance Subdivision, Mohammad Iqbal; Hj. Rahmawaty; Misri Sobiran; H. Buyung Dodi Gunawan; Arbainsyah; Suli Astuty and Hastati Paturusi.
Preparations for the sacrificial service were completely ready on the 2nd day of the implementation, namely on Thursday, 25/10/12; except for five (5) sacrificial cows ready to be brought in on H-1, namely on Friday, 26/10/12  they will be placed in the parking lot of the East Kalimantan Bappeda office.
The preparatory meeting began with preparations from all administrations consisting of anyone who would be invited or who had the right to receive sacrificial meat in accordance with Islamic sharia, coordinated by Arbainsya with members: Hj. Masriah; Suri Handayani; Hartati Paturusi; Kusrin and Aseri.
Meanwhile, the preparation of equipment consisting of a place for the sacrificial service, tents and all related equipment related to the implementation of the sacrificial service was coordinated by Misri Sobiran, as well as the preparation of documentation by Sukandar and M. Yusni.
Meanwhile, preparations for the protocol event by Astien Ariyani and for the arts were coordinated by Charmarijaty, Head of Social Welfare Subdivision, Human Resources Development Sector, East Kalimantan Bappeda, with members: 1. Sukardi; Jarot and Yasin Purnomo.
For the lecture which will be delivered by one of the Ustag/Alim Ulamak/Religious Figures, it will be coordinated by Hj. Rachmawaty as well as Qory and Tilawah. Meanwhile, the slaughtering of sacrificial animals and distribution of sacrificial meat was coordinated by Misri Sobiran with members including: H. Mahmud.T; security officer; cleaning service officers and garden officers.
Meanwhile, the consumption event was coordinated by Dharma Wanita with members: Suli Astuti and Sri Hartati. Meanwhile, general assistants are coordinated by H. Buyung Dodi Gunawan with members: Agus Suharyono; Jannah; Suwondo and Miko Ismawan.
All costs related to the implementation of this sacrificial service are sourced from imtag results or in the form of internal cooperation within the East Kalimantan Bappeda which is coordinated by the Head of Finance Sub-Bug, Mohammad Iqbal with members including: Yasid Wakid; Dharma Wanita; Hj. Rahmawaty; Hj. Rusnah and Miftahul Jannah.
For clothing, both officials, employees and female workers within the East Kalimantan Bappeda or invitees are expected to wear appropriate clothing.  (Public Relations of the East Kalimantan Bappeda/Sukandar, S.Sos).
