Implementation of Seminar

Implementation of the National Portal Website Management Seminar www.indonesia.go.id with the theme "Optimizing the availability of data, news and information about Indonesian regional and tourism potential" in the National Portal website www.indonesia.go.id with the aim of implementing this seminar is in the context of coordinating /refining the National Portal Website to update data, news and information, especially about the results of development, Indonesian socio-cultural and regional potential in 34 provinces. Deputy for Policy and Information Data Support of the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia, Andrie Syahriza, S.Kom, M.Sc then followed by the delivery of Paraparan by the speakers in session I and session II.

PAPARAM The first session

Submission of presentation in the first session was delivered by Prof. Zainal A. Hasibuan, Ph.D (Professor of the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Indonesia) with the title Management and Utilization of National Portal as the door to information and public services online and M. H. Munzaer (Head of the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information Center and Information Center) with the title "Indonesia National Cloud" with the Moderator of the Head of Information and Database of Policy Data Support.

Exposure to the second session

Submission of the presentation was delivered by the resource person Priyambodo RH (Main Journalist-Ombudsman ANTARA News, Executive Director of the Press Institution Dr. Soetomo (LPDS) with the title "Indonesia Multimedia Gateway" and the second speaker was delivered by Drs. Karoberd Marsinus, M.Pd (Electronic Data Processing Office of NTT Province) with the title "The existence of the NTT Province PD East ". In this second session, guided by the moderator of the Head of System Development and Network Development of Deputy for Policy and Information Data Support.

Seminar Results

1. The National Portal Website www.indonesia.go.id makes it a national portal which is a veranda of the Indonesian state, and is the official portal site of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia as one of the means of public information service, then each ministry /LPNK, the Provincial Government and Indonesian Representatives abroad are expected to be providing data and information that is accurate, complete, comprehensive and the latest about the results of Indonesian national development and the potential of each province and the potential of each province in addition to the connections of the public services electronically. The Indonesian National Portal is expected to be a "gateway" of all information available in various websites of government agencies, both from the environmental website of the Ministry / Institution of the Republic of Indonesia and the provincial and district / city government websites throughout Indonesia. From the technical side of the minimum national portal web -based 2.0 and has harvest facilities and index information from various websites of government agencies. In terms of the appearance of the national portal must be able to present the "face" of the government that is transparence, accountable, and openness. 3. From the technical side of the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information Institution, it hopes that the National Portal will be under the coordination of the Communication and Information in accordance with the Tufoksi from the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information.
4. The local government expects changes in content and graphic design where the display is expected to represent a picture of the local government and can also attract the browsing of the portal and need to display some of the results of the achievements and development of the Indonesian nation, in addition to that it is also expected that regulations that regulate the role of local governments in supporting the development of the national portal.
5. The local government expects continuous and continuous coordination with the central government or website manager www.indonesia.go.id in order to fill in content or update the data needed by the region.
