Peserta rapat kurang lebih 50 orang yang berasal dari Kementrian PPN/BAPPENAS, Asisten I Bidang Pemerintahan, H. Aji Fathurahman, Bappeda Provinsi Kaltim, Biro Keuangan, Fahmi, Bappeda Kabupaten se Kalimantan Timur, Kanwil BPN Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dan BPN Kabupaten se Kalimantan Timur.
