Team Kunker Bappenas-Bappeda East Kalimantan
Babulu-PPU Kaltim, 10/22/14. The Bappenas team together with the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province conducted a working visit (kunker) in Penajam Regency 
Paser Utara. The working visit team received a very good start from the hosts, starting with picking them up at Semayang Harbor to travel via a speedboat that had been prepared by the Penajam Regency Government to the Chevron Company Harbor in Penajam. Arriving at the port, he was immediately greeted by the PPU Regent's Expert staff and PPU Regency Bappeda officials who traveled to the Babulu District office for a meeting between the Bappenas Team - East Kalimantan Province Bappeda and the PPU Regency Government together with the community numbering approximately 50 people, Wednesday, 10/22/14.
During the meeting, the Head of Babulu Subdistrict stated that the data on agricultural land owners, most of whom are farmers based on KTPs for proposed land certification in the Regional Agrarian Reform (PRODA) program for 211 plots/parcels of land, has been based on bay name, bay address or all requirements have been met. 75%.
The PPU Regency Government, especially the Head of Babulu District, which is the location of the agricultural land that will be certified, really supports this program in order to ease the burden on the community regarding processing agricultural land certificates.
While delivering a speech or presentation from the Directorate of Spatial Planning and Land, Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas, Oke Muhammad Husen stated that the consistency of data proposed by the Regional Government to the Central Government is very important and the deadline has been determined by tomorrow's meeting at the Program Implementation Coordination Meeting Regional Agraria (checking the list of PRODA beneficiaries for East Kalimantan Province) which will be attended by District Governments throughout East Kalimantan at the Gran Senyiur Hotel Balikpapan, Jl. ARS Mohammad Number 7 Balikpapan.
The central government is strongly encouraging this program by wanting all land in the regions to be certified, not only through this Proda program, but also through the community's own initiative. The main target of this proda program is of course towards poor or underprivileged communities and the proda program is for the proposed 2015 fiscal year.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Government and Apparatus Division of Bappeda for East Kalimantan Province, Siti Sugiyanti, SE., M.Si expressed the hope and enthusiasm of the people in Babulu District to support the PRODA program, it would be a shame if this opportunity was missed because if you take care of it yourself you will take so much time and the costs that will be incurred. Meanwhile, if it were done together and coordinated by the sub-district head or local district government officials, it would certainly be easier, more efficient and cheaper, of course.
After the meeting with the community, the team continued their direct visit to the agricultural land that will be certified in the Babulu District area, which is an area that stretches over 200 ha.
