4. Between the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia and the Provincial Government of North Kalimantan with the Republic of Indonesia Radio Public Broadcasting Institution and the Republic of Indonesia's television public broadcasting institution regarding the acceleration of development and utilization of basic infrastructure in the field of Information and Communication Technology to provide information dissemination services to the public in the North Kalimantan Province.
In addition to the signing of an agreement with the Minister of Communication and Information Cabinet Working under the administration of President Ir.H. Joko Widodo - H.
