Internal Archives System Audit in 2023

The meeting was attended by the Secretariat Archives Processor and the Provincial Bappeda Planning Division. East Kalimantan, we were informed that the implementation of the Archives System Audit requires 2 Archives Units and 2 Management Units on the legal basis of Archives Law No. 23 of 2014 and Law No. 43 of 2009. In determining the Archives System policy there are 4 (four), namely Creation, Use, Maintenance and Depreciation. For archive managers, they are asked to receive archival guidance so they can manage archives well.

In the Audit Assessment System Using (Permendagri 83/49) the Audit Results are used as the basis for awarding the Governor of East Kalimantan as the best OPD in dynamic archive management through the Regional Research and Development Agency of East Kalimantan Province< /p>
