East Kalimantan Bappeda Holds Coordination Meeting to Verify Achievements of TW III Plan, Encourages Increased Compliance with Regional Performance Data Input

Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) East Kalimantan Province (Kaltim) held a Facilitation Meeting for the Verification Process of Work Plan Achievements (Renja) for Quarter III (TW III) through the Planning Document Evaluation Application (EVDOREN) on Wednesday, 15 October 2025. The meeting, which was chaired by the First Expert Planner of Bappeda Kaltim, Fryma Putra Pratama, was a follow-up to the mandate of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 86 of 2017 regarding periodic evaluation of the performance achievements of Plan implementation. Regional Government Work (RKPD). This meeting was held in the Repetada Meeting Room, East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda, and was also attended by various elements of the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda as well as the East Kalimantan EVDOREN Application Developer.
The material of this coordination meeting focused on evaluating the completion of achievement data TW III Plan and highlights several important agendas, including Input and Verification Schedule, Realization of Regional Apparatus Performance in TW III, and Status of Filling in Regional Performance Evaluation. Evaluation data as of October 14 2025 shows significant variations in performance achievements and data input compliance among Regional Apparatus (PD). Several PDs, such as the Forestry Service, Leadership Administration Bureau, and Population, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Services, recorded RKPD Performance Realization above 100%, while other PDs such as the Economic Bureau, Organization Bureau, and Regional Library and Archives Service had realizations below 20%.
This meeting emphasized the importance of PD compliance in the process of inputting Renja and APBD data along with supporting data (evidence) into the EVDOREN application. The meeting agenda also includes a joint discussion to discuss the Realization of Regional Apparatus Performance in Q3 III as well as identifying the driving and inhibiting factors for indicator achievement. It is hoped that the follow-up to this meeting will encourage Regional Apparatus to complete data input and follow up on verification from the Planning Division of Bappeda, for the smooth running of the regional development evaluation process.
