East Kalimantan Bappeda Holds Policy Socialization for Functional Planning Positions
The East Kalimantan Bappeda Personnel Section carries out an agenda of socialization and guidance regarding the Functional Planning Position policy.
This event was held based on the Regulation of the Minister of PAN RB Number 1 of 2023 concerning Functional Positions, as well as the Circular Letter of the Head of BKN Number 11 of 2023 which regulates the use and utilization of the BKN E-Kinerja application.
This activity aims to provide an in-depth understanding to all functional planning officials (JF Planners) within the Regional Apparatus of East Kalimantan Province regarding filling in and assessing the E-Kinerja Application. With this understanding, it is hoped that every Planning JF will be able to prepare a good performance report and prepare themselves for career advancement in the future.
This socialization involves personnel managers and Planning JFs from various agencies within the East Kalimantan Province Regional Apparatus which is carried out online and offline.
The Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Saur Parsaoran, in his speech, emphasized the importance of this activity as an effort to improve professionalism and quality of JF Planner's performance in supporting regional development planning tasks.
In this meeting, Bappeda Kaltim presented resource persons from the Ministry of Education and Training and Training, Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas, including: Dr. Wignyo Adiyoso, S.Sos., M.A., Ph.D., who discussed the performance assessment policy for functional planning positions, Bernadette Christi Paramitha Santosa, S.IP., M.A., who explained the implementation of State Civil Service Agency Regulation Number 3 of 2023 concerning credit numbers, promotions and functional position levels, and Rita Miranda, S.Sos., MPA., who discussed functional position policies planners.
With this socialization, East Kalimantan Bappeda hopes that all participants can clearly understand the latest policies and regulations, and be able to apply them in carrying out their daily tasks.
