Bappeda Kaltim received a visit from Bappelitbang Paser in the Cooperative Study of Archive Management
Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province received a visit from the Paser Regency Research and Development Development Planning Agency (Bappelitbang) in the framework of cooperative studies on the management of inactive archive transfer. This visit was led by Achmad Rissa, Head of General Subdivision of East Kalimantan Bappeda, and was attended by employees and archiving staff.
This visit aims to study the archive management system, especially in the transfer of inactive archives from the processing unit to the archiving unit. Achmad Risa, Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda General Subdivision, welcomed the arrival of the group and stated the importance of this kind of cooperative study activity in strengthening the capacity of archive management in the regional government environment. his remarks.
During the visit, employees and archiving staff of Bappelitbang Paser were invited to dialogue directly with the East Kalimantan Bappeda Archiving Team regarding how management and challenges and solutions in managing inactive archives. The discussion is focused on the importance of leadership support in the management of archives about maintaining the neatness and security of the archive that are no longer active, as well as the transfer of archives. At present, the special building of the Bappeda East Kalimantan Archive itself is in the development process. This building will be used for storage of archives and documents of East Kalimantan Bappeda in accordance with archive storage standards. With this cooperative study, East Kalimantan Bappeda opens opportunities for cooperation and discussion rooms related to professional archive management, as part of efforts to improve the quality of administration and public services in Kalimantan Province East
