East Kalimantan Bappeda Receives Comparative Study Visit Balikpapan Research and Development Bappeda Discusses Calculation of Planner Functional Position Formation
Samarinda (01/07/2024) - Today the East Kalimantan Bappeda received a comparative study visit from the Balikpapan Research and Development Bappeda to discuss the calculation of functional position formation (jafung) for planners.
This visit is the third comparative study received by the East Kalimantan Bappeda in the context of discussions related to planning jafung.
The meeting was chaired by Achmad Risa as Head of General Subdivision, and accompanied by civil service staff who are responsible for compiling the planner's formation calculation documents within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.
During the meeting, the two parties exchanged information regarding methods and strategies for calculating the planner's formation.
It was conveyed by Arvina Sandra as Civil Service Staff that preparing the calculation of the planning's formation is a long journey and is not free from various obstacles. "The problem is that many people consider this calculation to be unimportant, 'ah, it could have gone up without calculating' even though it didn't. "So Bappeda itself sometimes has to take the initiative in collecting documents from various OPDs," he concluded.
For your information, calculating the formation of planner functional positions is the key to ensuring that workers in the planning field have qualifications that are in line with job demands. The method used in this calculation includes bezetting analysis or position maps in the planning unit which are based on planning documents.
This activity is expected to provide new insights and strengthen cooperation between the East Kalimantan Bappeda and the Balikpapan Research and Development Bappeda in an effort to improve the quality of regional development planning.
