State Civil Apparatus Management Technical Competency Certification Training for Civil Servants within the Provincial Government. East Kalimantan in 2022
Secretary of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Mrs. Charmarijaty, ST, M.Sc. attended the 2022 State Civil Apparatus Management Technical Competency Certification Training for Civil Servants within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government at Administrator Level which was held at the East Kalimantan Provincial BKD Office, Wednesday (13/04/2022).

The event, which was opened by the Head of the ASN BKD Development Division for East Kalimantan Province, Mr. Sudarwanto, was carried out by implementing health protocols and was attended by 48 participants consisting of various Regional Apparatus within the Provincial Government. East Kalimantan which fulfills the conditions as stated in the invitation previously sent.

“The implementation of this training or sharing session is the initial part of the ASN competency development program at the Administrator level within the Provincial Government. East Kalimantan, where ASN Management Certification will then be carried out which aims to measure the ASN professionalism index within the Provincial Government. East Kalimantan," explained the Head of ASN Development Division in front of all the Certification Training participants who were present.

Furthermore, Plt. Head of the ASN Position Certification Sub, Agung Wicaksono also explained that to take part in the ASN Management Training and Certification, all participants will use the Information System from the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) called SIPLASMA (ASN Management Training and Certification Information System) at the link https://training .bkn.go.id.

Regarding the technical requirements that must be completed and the process for implementing ASN Management Training and Certification will be through the SIPLASMA system.

For your information, the State Civil Apparatus Management Technical Competency Certification for Civil Servants within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government is carried out to implement statutory provisions, where every civil servant is given the right to develop competencies so that Competency Standards are met Position for Structural Officials as those responsible for implementing all public activities as well as government administration and development, including Management of Civil Servants in their respective work units.
