Draft Proposal for the Release of Non-productive HPK Forest Areas
Tuesday, December 28 2021. In order to submit a proposal for the release of the pilot project location to accelerate land redistribution from unproductive HPK areas, the Ministry of ATR/BPN held an audience with Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province.
This event was chaired by the Head of Regional Planning, Control and Evaluation of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Mrs. Rina Juliaty, accompanied by the Head of Data and Information Subdivision, Muhammad Hamsani, in the Repetada meeting room.
This hearing aims to strengthen the synergy of regional roles and readiness in implementing agrarian reform, as well as aligning the interests of central and regional programs in plans to utilize unproductive HPK with spatial planning documents, regional development plans and other sector plans.
In this case it is hoped that the provincial BAPPEDA can provide a letter of recommendation regarding the utilization plan. Non-productive HPK proposed in the forest area release proposal as material for study by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.
