Evaluation of 2021 East Kalimantan Regency/City IPKD Measurement
Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, represented by the Government and Human Development Sector, took part in the 2021 Regional Financial Management Index Measurement Evaluation Meeting (IPKD) for Regencies/Cities throughout East Kalimantan which was held by the Regional Research and Development Agency of East Kalimantan Province virtually on Wednesday, December 8 2021.
This activity was opened by the Head of the Regional R&D Development and Finance Center, Research and Development Agency, Ministry of Home Affairs, Dr. Sumule Tumbo, SE, MM.
In his speech he said that currently the Ministry of Home Affairs is evaluating the progress of measuring the Regional Financial Management Index (IPKD). This evaluation aims to ensure that the measurement process in each dimension of the IPKD by the Provincial Government is running well.
The IPKD is expected to be able to spur and motivate regional governments in the Province, Regency and City in improving the performance of their regional financial management. Apart from that, it is hoped that this measurement will be able to encourage an increase in the role of the government's internal supervisory apparatus in realizing transparent and accountable supervision of regional financial management.
There are six dimensions in measuring IPKD, namely suitability of planning and budgeting documents, budget allocation in APBD, and transparency of regional financial management, budget absorption, regional financial conditions, and BPK's opinion on LKPD.
