Facilitating the implementation of bureaucratic reform through the preparation of a change agent action plan
Balikpapan, 11/22/2022. Plt. Head of General Subdivision of Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan (Mr. Jerry Pahlevy Mahakam SE, M.Si) together with staff attended the activity "Facilitating the Implementation of Bureaucratic Reform through Preparing Action Plans for Change Agendas" organized by the Provincial Secretariat's Organization and Administration Bureau. East Kalimantan is located at the Gran Senyiur Balikpapan hotel.

The event was held in the format of Technical Guidance for Preparing Action Plans for Change Agents and was opened directly by the Provincial Regional Secretariat. East Kalimantan (Mrs. Dr. Sri Wahyuni, MPP) is a follow-up to PAN-RB Ministerial Regulation No. 27 of 2014 concerning guidelines for developing agents of change in Government Agencies and a letter from the Deputy for RB, Apparatus Accountability and Oversight of the Ministry of PAN-RB Number B/96/RB06/2022 dated March 7 2022.

The aim of holding this event is to increase understanding of the role and optimize the competence of change agents in preparing action plans accompanied by real targets that are in accordance with the needs of each work unit so that innovation can be achieved. created can be part of strengthening the organization's management system.

For information, the change agenda in Government Agencies has tasks including helping to encourage changes in the attitudes and behavior of officials and employees within the Agency in order to improve performance to accelerate the implementation of bureaucratic reform; Assisting in the development of work culture in the implementation of bureaucratic reform; Helping to form an individual work ethic in the organization that contributes to achieving organizational/agency goals; and Connecting employees within the Agency, namely between the Head, Secretariat, Division and Executive Staff.
