Facilitating Final Draft RKPD East Kalimantan Province in 2022
Samarinda, 16 June 2021, 11.00 WITA. In order to follow up on the mandate of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 86 of 2017 and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 17 of 2021, the Directorate General of Regional Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia organized online (virtual) facilitation of the Final Draft RKPD for East Kalimantan Province. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, consisting of the Head, Secretary and all Heads of Divisions/Heads of Sub-Divisions, were present at the implementation of this activity together with Regional Apparatus of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government (a total of 100 participants).
This facilitation activity has several objectives, namely First, to see the consistency and program targets in the 2022 RKPD with the RPJMD for the year of implementation; Second, look at the planning characteristics of the recapitulation of the number of programs/activities/sub-activities and the RKPD ceiling for 2022; Third, looking at the support of activity output and program outcomes towards achieving target performance indicators for the implementation of regional government affairs; and Fourth, look at the support of RKPD programs and activities in 2022 towards national priorities or national priority programs in 2022.
This draft RKPD contains three interests, namely the central interest, the interests of the Regional Head regarding achieving the vision and mission, and the interests of the DPRD, namely regarding budgeting.
The results of this facilitation will then become input for improving the Final Draft RKPD for 2022 which will be continued to the next stage, namely the determination of the RKPD for East Kalimantan Province in 2022.
