Facilitation of Draft Regional Head Regulations for the RKPD of Balikpapan City for 2022
Samarinda, 18 June 2021, 14.00 WITA . Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province on this occasion held a Facilitation Agenda of the Draft Regulation of the Regional Head of RKPD in Balikpapan City in 2022 online (Vitual). The event was opened by the Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Aswin, MM and was also attended by the Secretary, Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, East Kalimantan Provincial Government, and Bappeda Balikpapan City (Head and All Heads/Head of Subdivision).
This facilitation activity is a mandate regulated in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government and Permendagri Number 86 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Planning, Control and Evaluation of Regional Development, where the Regent/ The Mayor was asked to consult the RKPD RANPERKADA to the Governor to be facilitated in order to obtain advice and input on the final draft of the RKPD that had been prepared, before it was determined through the region.
conveyed that the macro development target in the city of Balikpapan in 2022 which was agreed upon during the past pre-musrenbang, namely HDI of 80.00; Poverty rate of 2.3 - 2.5%; Open unemployment rate of 8.7%; Economic growth of 5.00%; and Gini index of 0.3.
Furthermore, the Regional Apparatus of the Scope of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan and all fields of planning in the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda alternately provide input and suggestions for improvement efforts.
It is also emphasized that the direction of the development policy of the City of Balikpapan needs to be aligned with the theme of the RKPD of East Kalimantan Province which has been prepared in the final design of the RKPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2022 with the theme of Structural Reform and Strengthening Competitiveness The area in order to welcome the IKN.
Balikpapan City Government through the Balikpapan City Bappeda will adjust to the goals and objectives contained in the Amendment to the East Kalimantan RPJMD in 2019-2023 and complete the completeness of the files and all the requirements in this facilitation activity. The results of this facilitation will be the Governor's letter about the results of the Facilitation of the RKPD RKPD Balikpapan in 2022 which is the basis for the improvement of the RKPD Ranperkada City Balikpapan.
