FGD 1 Discussion of Actions to Save Situ, Lakes, Reservoirs and Reservoirs in the Kalimantan and Sulawesi Regions
The Infrastructure and Regional Sector follows the Agenda for Discussion of Actions to Save Situ, Lakes, Reservoirs and Reservoirs in the Kalimantan and Sulawesi Regions. The agenda is carried out in order to implement the mandate of Government Regulation no. 21 of 2021 concerning Implementation of Spatial Planning and Presidential Regulation no. 60 of 2021 concerning Saving National Priority Lakes.

Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was held in a hybrid manner at The 101 Jakarta Sedayu Dharmawangsa South Jakarta and Zoom Meeting. Attended by the PUPR Ministry; Ministry of Home Affairs; Directorate General of PPTR; Sub Directorate for Space Utilization Control Region III; River Basin Center (Kalimantan III and Sulawesi III); Bappenas; Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment; Provincial Government. East Kalimantan, Central Sulawesi and South Sulawesi; and PUPR District/City in East Kalimantan; and Central Sulawesi City Government. Presenting two resource persons, namely the Director of RPDM (Inland Water and Mangrove Rehabilitation), Directorate General of PDASRH KLHK; and Atrida Hadianti, S.T, M.Sc, PhD (Academics of Gadjah Mada University)

The FGD was carried out with the aim of gathering information related to strategic issues and problems in handling SDEW in the Mahakam and Poso watersheds; Gathering input on proposed action plans to save SDEW in the Mahakam and Poso watersheds and building networks in order to coordinate control of space use in the Mahakam and Poso watersheds. There are several national priority lake saving strategies, namely:
Strategy 1: Integrating National Priority Lake Rescue Programs and Activities into Spatial Planning'
Strategy 2: Integrate programs and activities to save National Priority Lakes into policy, planning and budgeting;
Strategy 3: Socio-Economic Development, Strengthening Institutions and Increasing the Role of Stakeholders;
Strategy 4: Saving Aquatic Ecosystems, Border Ecosystems and Lake Catchment Ecosystems;
Strategy 5: Application of Research Results, Monitoring, Evaluation and Development of Databases and Information
