FGD Macroeconomic Framework Sustainable Economic Roadmap for National Capital Phase I
The focus on accelerating economic transformation in East Kalimantan became increasingly evident with the implementation of the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the Macroeconomic Framework of the IKN Sustainable Economic Roadmap (Phase I) which took place at Swiss-Belhotel, Samarinda.
This event was attended both in person and online by various related parties, including the Archipelago Capital Authority (OIKN), the PT Daya Makara Ui Consultant Team, and the Regional Government of Kalimantan Province Timur.
In this event, the Head of East Kalimantan Bappeda, Yusliando, was one of the speakers who discussed the synergy between the development of the Economic Superhub and economic transformation in East Kalimantan.
According to Yusliando, the development of the Economic Superhub IKN is expected to have a significant impact on economic progress in the eastern region of Indonesia, especially East Kalimantan Province.
This FGD was carried out as part of efforts to prepare a Macroeconomic Framework for the IKN Sustainable Economic Roadmap which is the first step in supports IKN as the center of Indonesia's future economic growth.
This Road Map aims to ensure that IKN development can run inclusively, sustainably and oriented towards shared prosperity.
On the same occasion, the discussion participants also discussed the role of IKN as an Economic Superhub that will drive the Indonesian economy with principles that support integration between economic sectors, human resources and the development of economic clusters.
IKN is expected to be an important catalyst in accelerating development and strengthening supply chains between Kalimantan and other regions in Indonesia, leading to improving the quality of life of the community and equitable economic growth.
This Road Map will later become a reference in designing sustainable IKN development.
