The activity carried out at the Novotel Hotel was opened by the Assistant of General Administration represented by the Head of the Department of Industry and Trade and UKM Prov. Kaltim Muhammad Sa'duddin, AK.Ca and attended by related OPD, Vertical Agencies, Plantation Development Partners, and Offices in charge of plantations in the Regency/City.

In his presentation Mr. Wahyu explained that in the regional priority in the plantation sector there are several major projects in the East Kalimantan RPD in 2024-2026 including 1 plantation area based on farmers in Paser Regency; Facilitating the use of oil palm waste is a source of renewable energy as a power plant for its own needs as many as one company per year; and Area Protection with High Conservation Value (ANKT) in the Plantation Area.

Talking about the preparation of the draft document for the Regional Renstra of the Regional Apparatus in 2024-2026, Mr. Wahyu emphasized a number of things that needed to be a concern, especially the determination of goals and objectives in the preparation of the Strategic Plan in 2024-2026 in order to pay attention to the goals and objectives of the provincial development plan in 2024
