Legal Basis One Data One Map Kaltim

Legal Basis for Formation of One Data One Map Based on the Mandate of Law Number 4 of 2011 concerning Geospatial Information, Government Regulation Number 9 of 2014 concerning Implementation of Law Number 4 of 2011 concerning Information Geospatial and Presidential Regulation Number 27 of 2014 concerning National Geospatial Information Network. In order to realize the One Map Policy (KSP) in Indonesia, the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan initiated the development of the Regional Geospatial Information Network (JIGD) which was applied through the implementation of one data one map and was strengthened by legality through Governor Regulation No. 41 of 2016 concerning the Implementation of One One map data that was passed on November 11, 2016. The Governor Regulation generally regulates matters relating to the scope of the five pillars of organizing one data one map, cooperation, coaching and others. In addition, as a form of commitment of the local government to the sustainability of this program, one data one map has been outlined in the 2013-2018 RPJMD DUKUMENT and the Bappeda Renstra of East Kalimantan Province in 2013-2018 with the vision of "One Map Feference for East Kalimantan 2018"

Space Utilization

Furthermore the Governor said that initially the use of one data one map (OD-MAP) was more intended to prevent and reduce the occurrence of licensing overlapping. As is known, East Kalimantan is one of the regions in Indonesia that has a fairly high investment appeal, especially in the mining, plantation, forestry and agricultural sectors of food crops, where these permits have close links with the use of space. The use of thematic geospatial data and information (DG and IGT) that does not refer to a reference to the same basic geospatial information (IGD), causes high potential risk of overlapping (overlapping) permit area, both licensing in the same sector and cross -sectoral. (SKR).
