The Head of PSDA became the resource person for the forum for the planning for industrial, trade, cooperatives and MSMEs in East Kalimantan in 2024
Samarinda, (08/13/2024)-Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province through the Head of the Economy and Natural Resources, Wahyu Gatut Purboyo became a resource person in the Industrial Sector, Trade, Cooperative and UMKM Planning Forum in East Kalimantan Tuesday (8/13).
In his presentation, he said that in the Teknocratic Draft of the RPJMD of East Kalimantan Province in 2025-2029 related to the industrial, trade, cooperative and MSME sectors in East Kalimantan in 2024, there were several policy recommendations.
Furthermore, some of the policy recommendations include:
1. Strengthening regional cooperation and strengthening local economic infrastructure inclusively;
2. Increasing the fulfillment of social protection for the community; and
3. Increasing downstreaming, strengthening industrial areas, strengthening superior commodities, as well as preparation of labor competencies.
Through the planning forum implemented, it is expected to pay attention to the recommendations of the RPJMAN Teknocratic Draft Policy on East Kalimantan Province in 2025-2029 in the preparation of regional apparatus strategies and can synchronize programs and activities related to the industrial, trade, cooperatives and UMKM sectors in East Kalimantan.
