Strategic Environmental Study and RDTR for the Urban Area of Bangun City, Kutai Kartanegara
Based on Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management, it is explained in article 15 that "The central government and regional governments are obliged to create SEA to ensure that the principles of sustainable development have become the basis and are integrated in the development of a region and/or policies, plans and/or programs".
In this regard, the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Government is carrying out KLHS public consultation activities for the RDTR for the Bangun City Urban Area. The event which was held on Friday, November 26 2021 was attended by the Ministry of ATR, the KLHS Document Formulation Team, representatives of NGOs and Regional Apparatus related to the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Government.
Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, represented by the Infraswil Division, was also present at the event to provide comments on the draft KLHS document for the RDTR for the Bangun City Urban Area which had been prepared by the Drafting Team.
