The Covid-19 Handling Policy is included in the 2021 Regional Development Award assessment
Samarinda, (20/01/2021). There are several new featured in the assessment of the 2021 Regional Development Awards (PPD), one of which is an assessment related to Regional Government policies for handling Covid-19 in planning and implementing regional development.
This was conveyed by the Deputy for Monitoring, Evaluation and Development Control, Dr. Ir. Taufik Hanafi, MUP when opening the 2021 Provincial Level PPD socialization online via the zoom meeting application. He said this item was added to make the assessment more comprehensive and adaptive.
Apart from the Covid-19 handling policy, Taufik also addressed several other assessment features, namely Digital evaluation namely system strengthening through web-basedapplications; Balanced-Grouped-Evaluationi.e. grouping of independent assessment teams based on compositional balance; and Environment Friendly a more comprehensive assessment by adding environmental assessment items.
Taufik also explained the object and scope of the assessment including the process of preparing the 2021 RKPD document, the Quality of the RKPD Document 2021, Development achievements in 2020 (regional targets, national targets and equivalent regions), and development innovation.
According to Taufik, it is planned to determine the best regions in the second week of April 2021 and will be submitted to Musrenbangnas in April in the fourth week. He explained that the assessment process starts from assessing the RKPD documents and innovation documents to determining the Best areas starting from the end of January to the second week of April 2021.
