As a strategic step to ensure the proud program of Kencana is well implemented by the local government, BKKBN provides assistance in the preparation of program planning. This activity aims to integrate various policies, issues and indicators of proud Kencana into the Regional Development Plan Document.

Integration of Proud Kencana Indicators into the Regional Development Plan is one of the dimensions in population-oriented development. Population -oriented development emphasizes planning from bottom (bottom up planning) and involves the community in the planning process so that it leads to improving the welfare of the population.

In his presentation Mr. Alfino explained that regional development planning was carried out with a political, technocratic, participatory, participatory, botom-up and top-down approaches. Regions in accordance with their authority to prepare regional development plans as a unit in the national development planning system.

Mr. Alfino said the proud program of Kencana must be carried out in an integrated manner using a cross-sector approach, both from the government, private, and peren and/community initiative so that the program is carried out well.
