Public Consultation on the Draft Per LKPP Regarding the Procurement of the Archipelago Capital City (IKN)
Infrastructure and Regional Affairs of the Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan took part in the Public Consultation Meeting for the Finalization of the Draft Per LKPP regarding the Provision of Infrastructure and Procurement of Other Goods/Services with Specificities in the context of preparation, construction and relocation of the National Capital City, as well as the administration of the Regional Government of the Archipelago Capital City which was held by the Indonesian Goods/Services Procurement Policy Institute (LKPP) via Zoom Meeting, Wednesday (27/04/2022).

At the meeting there were 2 (two) resource persons; namely Sarah Sadiqa (Deputy for Strategy and Policy Development) and the Directorate of Strategy and Policy Development for Public Procurement. At the meeting it was stated that the National Capital Authority's Goods/Services Procurement System, based on the provisions for Infrastructure Provision and the procurement of other goods/services which are regulated separately, must be integrated with the National Goods/Services Procurement System managed by the institution that carries out government affairs in the field of government goods/services procurement policy.

In order to increase efficiency and effectiveness as well as fulfill economic value in accordance with sound business practices, the Head of the Authority can propose regulations for the Provision of Infrastructure and the procurement of other goods/services which are regulated separately by being stipulated through a Presidential Regulation. In packaging, supplied by owner uses materials, human resources, local Kalimantan business actors. E-Purchasing can be implemented for Procurement of Consultation Services for Individuals and Business Entities.
