Coordination and Consultation on the Formation of Functional Planning Positions in East Kalimantan to the Bappenas Education and Training Center
Menteng, Central Jakarta (10/11/2023), Secretary of the East Kalimantan Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), Mr. Saur Parsaoran T. S.Pi, MEMD accompanied by the Head of General Subdivision, Mr. Achmad Risa, S.E, M.M went to the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of National Development Planning (Pusbindiklat Bappenas) to discuss Coordination and Consultation Formation of Functional Planning Positions in East Kalimantan Province.
The coordination meeting was welcomed by Mr. Muhammad Iksan Maulana, SH, LLM, as the Functional Position for Young Expert Planners at the Bappenas Education and Training Center.
Pusbindiklat Bappenas welcomes Bappeda Kaltim in carrying out coordination and consultation to ensure the continuity of the process of calculating the formation of functional planning positions.
In the ongoing discussion, this meeting broadly discussed the calculation of the formation of functional planning positions in East Kalimantan Province.
During the meeting, Mr. Iksan Maulana, SH, LLM, emphasized,
"In the concept of talent management, regional officials or agencies are expected to be able to provide recommendations for functional positions in accordance with the needs of each region."
The results of this meeting indicate an agreement to continue calculating position formation based on the planning documents that have been prepared. This step is expected to strengthen the organizational structure in the field of development planning in East Kalimantan Province.
With this collaboration, it is hoped that Pusbindiklatren as the supervisory agency will collaborate with the East Kalimantan Bappeda to manage the Human Capital Development Plan (HCDP) as an effort to focus on career development for functional planning positions in the East Kalimantan Province and the effectiveness of the implementation of development programs can be more optimal.
