Coordination of Preparation of Ranwal Documents for Changes to RPJMD, Ranwal RENJA and RENJA of Regional Apparatus Scope of Infrastructure and Regional Sectors in 2022

This activity was attended by 36 participants consisting of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, PUPR Service, Department Transportation, DDPI, GGGI, UPTD LBK DPUPR and UPTD PU Region II.
In this case the Provincial Bappeda is making efforts observe proposed activity programs of concern to Regional Officials. At this stage we are at the Initial Design Stage of RPJMD Changes, where there are still Design and Final Design stages.
In In his direction, Aswin said that the active role of Regional Officials in preparing changes to the RPJMD is very important because this document will be a reference in preparing changes to the Strategic Plan and Regional Work Plans.
On this occasion Aswin also conveyed several points that need to be ensured in this coordination, namely firstly ensuring that the nomenclature of programs/activities/sub-activities, indicators and achievement targets that have been formulated and outlined in the SIPD Application can be measured by the Regional Apparatus concerned; second, ensuring that regional officials understand the substance of the changes to the RPJMD in relation to efforts to achieve the targets of the Governor's Priority Program and Regional Apparatus IKU; Third, ensure that in the Ranwal Renja input process into the SIPD application, the Regional Apparatus has filled in all program/activity/sub-activity indicators, achievement targets, locations and adjusted the predetermined ceiling regardless of incomplete expenditure details due to incomplete availability of SSH, SBU, ASB and HSPK; Fourth, Become a communication space for Regional Officials regarding identified problems that arise when formulating and inputting proposed changes to the Strategic Plan and Ranwal Renja into the SIPD application at the Planning stage.
