Study Visit to Emulate South Kalimantan Bappeda in Implementing ASN Management in the East Kalimantan Bappeda Environment
The Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of South Kalimantan Province (Kalsel) conducted a mock study with Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province in preparation for the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) at the South Kalimantan Provincial Government Regional Apparatus level in 2024.
This mock study was carried out in preparation for the Evaluation of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) at the Provincial Government Regional Apparatus level South Kalimantan.
Several points discussed at the meeting included the implementation of State Civil Apparatus Management (ASN) within the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda, Position Analysis within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, and the Implementation of eKinerja within the Provincial Bappeda.
The Secretary of the South Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda, in his statement said that this visit and mock study was part of an effort to improve the implementation of Key Secretariat Performance Indicators at the South Kalimantan Province Bappeda.
During the meeting, the East Kalimantan Bappeda also provided views and suggestions to the South Kalimantan Province Bappeda, especially regarding how to prepare the Anjab document in East Kalimantan Province and regarding the obstacles and solutions encountered in the process of implementing ASN Management at the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda.
It is hoped that with this meeting between the East Kalimantan Bappeda and the South Kalimantan Bappeda, the implementation of SAKIP in the Province South Kalimantan can run smoothly and effectively, and can increase synergy and enthusiasm in developing each region.
This step is also expected to increase transparency, accountability and quality of public services at the local level. regions.
