The Regional Representative Council of North Paser Regency (PPU) paid a working visit to Bappeda East Kalimantan Province in the context of coordinating the financial assistance of the Government of East Kalimantan Province specifically in PPU Regency. PPU Regency DPRD Working Visit Commission III was immediately received by Plh. Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Ir. H. Nazrin, M.Sc was accompanied by the Head of the Regional Development Assessment and Financing Division of East Kalimantan Province, Ir. Hj. Farida Hydro Foilyani, M.Sc and Head of Regional Development Sub -Division, Denny Wardhana, ST., MM; Head of Subdivision of Apparatus for Government and Apparatus, Andrie Asdi, SH; Kasubbid Natural Resources & Environment, Ir. Budhi Apresena in the Economy; Head of Regional Development Financing, East Kalimantan Bappeda P3D, Andi Arifuddin, S.Pi., M.Si and Buyung Dodi Gunawan, ST., MM and Bappeda Scope Staff of East Kalimantan Province and PPU Regency DPRD Secretariat in the 2nd Floor Propeda Meeting Room in East Kalimantan Bappeda , Wednesday 21/10/15.

PPU Regency DPRD group led by H. Rusbadi with members of Commission III as many as 3 people expressed their aspirations in Bappeda Province of East Kalimantan, including:
1. Effective coordination with Bappeda Province of East Kalimantan in order to increase financial assistance from the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan to support development programs in Penajam Paser Utara Regency;
2. What indicators can support in the framework of development programs in PPU Regency that can be financed through financial assistance from the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan;
3. What needs to be done and coordination between Bappeda Province of East Kalimantan and Bappeda Regency PPU and related SKPD; 4. Support from the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan in the context of development or improvement of infrastructure in PPU Regency;
5. Senior High Education Infrastructure Support in PPU Regency;
6. Follow -up Proposal for the construction of the Balikpapan Penajam Bridge.

Plh. Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda as well as Secretary of Bappeda Province of East Kalimantan, Ir.H. Nazrin, M.Si together with officials in the scope of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province delivered several responses to the aspirations of the PPU Regency DPRD, among others:
1. The East Kalimantan Provincial Government Budget (APBD) in recent years continues to decline in the impact of the weakening of the regional economy. This also has an impact on the reduction in financial assistance to all regencies /cities in East Kalimantan;
2. East Kalimantan Provincial Government Financial Assistance for North Penajam Paser Regency in the 2015 Fiscal Year with Pure APBD of Rp. 91 billion and for the 2015 Amendment APBD of Rp. 21 Billion. Total Bankeu Provincial Government. East Kalimantan 2015 was 112 billion.
3. FINANCING OF PROGRAM/ACTIVITIES THROUGH THE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OF THE PROVINCE OF East Kalimantan Provincial Government to the North Penajam Paser Regency Government in 2015 with a pure APBD of Rp. 91,083,000,000 (ninety one billion eighty -three million rupiah);
4. Programs / activities through financial assistance from the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan for North Penajam Paser Regency through the pure APBD include: a. Continuing the construction of a land side port of Rp. 50,000,000,000;
b. Procurement of Meubelair Middle/High School Meeting Room in Kab. PPU of Rp. 2,350,000,000;
c. Procurement of Meubelair & Furniture Classrooms and Elementary, Middle School Teachers in Kab. PPU of Rp. 2,350,000,000;
d. Improvement of the Sotek Bukit Subur Penajam Paser Utara road is Rp. 10,000,000,000;
e. Improvement of Jalan Simpang 4 Costa Road Bridge Sesumpu Kampung Baru by Rp. 10,000,000,000;
f. Agricultural Land Certification of Rp. 500,000,000;
g. Field Agricultural Extension Workers (PPL) of Rp. 1,158,000,000;
h. Bosda amounting to Rp. 7,396,000,000;
i. Additional teacher income of Rp. 5,904,000,000;
j. PAUD tutor of Rp. 1,425,000,000.

5. Programs / Activities Through Financial Assistance from the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan for North Penajam Paser Regency through the Amended APBD of Rp. 21,824,541,150 with program /activity financing details, among others:
a. Improvement of the Mount Makmur Mountain Road by Rp. 1,000,000,000;
b. Procurement of hand tractors of Rp. 500,000,000;
c. Procurement of Jumaiah Road Sungai Bridge Parit Sesimpu of Rp. 3,000,000,000;
d. Procurement of electricity networks and travo KAP. 200 KVA (PDAM Unit Sepaku) amounting to Rp. 1,400,000,000;
e. Procurement of electricity networks and travo KAP. 200 KVA (PDAM Unit Waru) amounting to Rp.3,000,000,000;
f. Procurement of electricity networks and travo KAP. 96 KVA (PDAM Unit Sotek) amounting to Rp.909,141,150
g. Procurement of inverters and boster pumps (PDAM Penajam Unit, Waru, Sepaku) amounting to Rp.5,400,000,000;
h. Bosda amounting to Rp. 373,000,000;
i. Additional teacher income of Rp. 6,242,400,000.

While the indication of the program / activity to be financed through funding the financial assistance of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government for the North Penajam Paser Regency in 2016 includes: 1. Continued Development of Port, Terminal, Surbase and CPO;
2. Construction of the coastal road bridge sesing beach in the beach of Corong;
3. Improvement of the Ar -Rahman Mosque Road - Kapau - Buluminung Access Balang Island;
4. Procurement of Mabelair and Interior for the Multipurpose Space of Islamic Center;
5. Expansion of areas and plantations;
6. Construction of food granaries;
7. Development of Village Food Gruine Facilities (Jemur Floor) 8. Construction of seaweed drying floors;
9. Development of local varieties of rice plants;
10. National superior seed breeding development;
11. Food Agricultural Extension;
12. Development of PLTS centered in Kec. Sepaku;
13. Development of tourist attraction facilities and infrastructure;
14. Development of 24 -hour Puskesmas and Mount Intan Inpatient;
15. Land Setification Activities.

Coordination of follow -up between the PPU Regency Government will continue to be intensified both through the DPRD and the PPU Regency SKPD to the East Kalimantan Provincial Government in order to improve the development programs that are better in the future.
