Transition Period, So a New Beginning for the General Sub Division of the East Kalimantan Bappeda to Become More Solid
Samarinda - The General Subdivision of the East Kalimantan Bappeda held a staff coordination meeting on Wednesday (01/10), chaired by the Secretary, Saur Parsoaran and accompanied by the newly appointed Head of the General Subdivision, M. Isnainil Hude.
In today's meeting, the Secretary of Bappeda expressed the importance of the support of all staff in accompanying the leadership transition period for the Head of General Subdivision so that the targets that have been set can still be achieved. Some of the priority agendas currently being implemented include the elimination of regional property in Regional Property (BMD) service units, the computer procurement process, improving secretariat services as a supporting system, as well as evaluating work culture.
Apart from that, related to data, strengthening E-Kinerja and E-Sakip, as well as increasing human resource capacity to support Bappeda's overall performance. "It is hoped that all ASN can contribute in every aspect of work so that it has a positive impact on a better work culture," said Saur Parsoaran.
Meanwhile, Head of General Subdivision M. Isnainil Hude expressed his commitment to building a solid team. He emphasized the importance of openness, reminding each other, and working together in completing tasks. "I am open to receiving criticism, input and corrections so that together we can form a better team," he said.
Closing the meeting, the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda reiterated his hope that the momentum of this transition would be a step to improve and increase better performance in the future.
