Kutai Kartanegara, (04/04/2023). Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province through the Head of Infrastructure and Region, Mr. Baihaqi Hazami, S.T., M.Si attended the Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbang) of the Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) of Kutai Kartanegara Regency which was held in the Martadipura Bappeda Kukar office meeting room. >

In the Kukar Regency RKPD Musrenbang which was attended by all elements of the stakeholders, Mr. Baihaqi conveyed the exposure related to the direction and policy of the Province of East Kalimantan in 2024.

In terms of the rate of economic growth (LPE), East Kalimantan in 2022 is at 4.48%, growing better than 2021 which is 2.55% due to improvement of economic conditions And in 2022 Economic Growth Kab. Kutai Kartanegara is under the East Kalimantan figure of 3.71%. Whereas in GRDP per capita, Kab. Kukar is above East Kalimantan's achievements and above the national Rp 325.67 million, and Kab. Kukar continues to carry out developers of productive economic sectors to sustain population growth.

Further, the direction and policy of the Province of East Kalimantan in 2024 included the development of the downstreaming of the industry from the plantation, food crops, fisheries, and mining sectors through the concept of agglomeration in Ki Kariangau, Ki Buluminung and MBTK by paying attention to Presidential Regulation Number 63 of 2022 regarding the direction of spatial use of industry aspects and economic centers.

ending his presentation, he also hopes that the Kutai Kartanegara Regency will compile a RKPD draft in 2024 in accordance with the provisions, stages and procedures stipulated in the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 86 of 2017 by aligning Development priorities as stated in the RPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2024-2026, as well as guarding the Kutai Kartanegara Regency RPJMD in 2021-2026.
