Discussion of Evaluation Results of Samarinda City RTRW Revision

Samarinda, June 14, 2021, 10.00 WITA . East Kalimantan Province Bappeda was represented by the Infrastructure and Seniority of the Sector to attend the Discussion of the results of the Samarinda City RTRW revision evaluation which was held in the meeting room of the Head of the PUPR and Pera Department of East Kalimantan Province. The meeting was attended by 29 (twenty -nine) participants from the Regional Spatial Planning Coordination Team (TKPRD) of East Kalimantan Province and Samarinda City, Experts and Consultant Teams. The event was opened by the Head of Spatial Planning Division of the East Kalimantan Province PUPR and Pera.

The implementation of this meeting is a follow-up to the Mayor of Samarinda Number 303/0486/100.07 dated April 19, 2021 regarding the request for the recommendation of the Governor Samarinda City RTRW, an evaluation was carried out on the RTRW Revised Regional Regulation RTRW by the East Kalimantan Province TKPRD.

The revision of the Samarinda City RTRW Regional Regulation is expected to be able to answer the development needs and development in the context of the planned transfer of the State Capital (IKN). Input and Suggestions submitted related to the revision of the Samarinda City RTRW includes the designation area of ​​RTH, Geological Protection Areas, Mining Allotment Areas, Recording Regulations on General Zoning Provisions, East Kalimantan Province Regional Assets and Samarinda City Government, Animal Husbandry Designation Areas, Telecommunications Network Planning, Addition Description of allotment for fisheries areas, adding maps of industrial designation areas, transportation facilities and infrastructure, and national vital objects.

Furthermore, the Samarinda City TKPRD is expected Indications of Samarinda City Program Selaras and in line with the realization of the structure and pattern of RTRW space, considering that currently Samarinda City is preparing the RPJMD for the new regional head leadership period.
