Opening of PPPK Curriculum I MOOC Orientation within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government
Samarinda (11/07/2024) - Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) of Bappeda Kaltim attended the Opening of the PPPK Curriculum I MOOC Orientation within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government which was carried out by BPSDM Kaltim in Main Hall of the East Kalimantan BPSDM office, Thursday (11/7/2024).
Dr. Nina Dewi as Head of BPSDM East Kalimantan said in her speech that basically the PPPK orientation participants within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government are mostly non-ASN personnel who have served for a long time with various scientific backgrounds and experiences. Therefore, not only as a formality, but this orientation also aims to equalize perceptions to continue developing oneself as a servant of the State. The aim of this PPPK orientation is to provide an introduction to the duties and functions of ASN as well as to provide an introduction to the values and ethics of government agencies.
The government through Law Number 20 of 2023 concerning State Civil Apparatus has determined to manage the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to become more professional. This law is the basis for ASN management which aims to build ASN that has integrity, is professional and neutral, free from political interference, also free from KKN practices, and capable of providing quality public services for the community.
In closing, the Head of BPSDM invited the participants to be grateful and aware of the government's great attention to the welfare of employees in East Kalimantan Province regarding the transition of employment status.
