Opening of the National Working Meeting of the Association of Indonesian Provincial Governments (APPSI) in 2022
Plt. Head of Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan, Mr. Yusliando, ST attended the opening of the 2022 Pre-Rakernas Association of Indonesian Provincial Governments (APPSI), at the Ballroom of the Novotel Balikpapan Hotel on Wednesday 26 October 2022.

This event was combined with the handover of the position of general chairman for the 2019-2022 term, Mr. Anies Rasyid Baswedan, to Mr. Isran Noor for the 2022-2023 term. This handover was marked by the handing over of the APPSI flag from Mr Anies Baswedan to Mr Isran Noor.

This activity was officially opened by the Governor of East Kalimantan, Mr. Isran Noor as general chairman of APPSI. Starting his speech, he welcomed the Governors and participants who attended the event, "Welcome to the National Capital," he said, greeted by thunderous applause from the participants.

In his speech he touched on the development of IKN in East Kalimantan Province, according to him the development of IKN is not only for East Kalimantan but also for building the nation

"IKN is not only for East Kalimantan but to build this nation, if in terms of benefits, East Kalimantan actually releases regional assets for IKN development, but that is the contribution of the people of East Kalimantan to this nation, for progress we are together," he said
