Signing of MoU & Talk Show Overseeing and Organizing New IKN in Sepaku and Samboja
Tuesday 6 July 2021, Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Aswin, MM accompanied East Kalimantan Governor Isran Noor to attend the signing of the MoU & Talk Show to escort and organize the new IKN in Sepaku & Samboja East Kalimantan through Zoom Meeting in the Hob Room of the East Kalimantan Governor's Office.
This activity was organized by Balikpapan University and was attended by Balikpapan University, Mulawarman University, Gajah Mada University, Bosowa University, Indonesian Engineers Association, PPU Regional Secretary
relating to the plan to move the new state capital in East Kalimantan, Isran said in his remarks that both the government and the people of East Kalimantan welcomed with the joy of the plan, according to him the transfer of IKN to East Kalimantan was Steps forward to change the gap and make the distribution of equitable welfare in the area outside Java.
"I personally believe that the transfer of state capitals does not only have a good impact on East Kalimantan but also for the progress of Indonesia as a whole" he said.
This webinar is also coupled with the signing of the Balikpapan University agreement with the Indonesian Engineer Association, Balikpapan University with Gajah Mada University, Balikpapan University with Bosowa University, and the Balikpapan University agreement with the Government of Kabipaten Paser North.
