Electronic Civil Servant Data Collection

samarinda, Tuesday 1/9/15. Socialization of the 2015 Civil Servant (PNS) Re-Data Re-Data Collection System (E-PUPNS) in the scope of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province was delivered by Head of Documentation and Information Division, Rusmiati from the Provincial Regional Personnel Agency East Kalimantan in the Meeting Room of Poldas I Floor Bappeda Province East Kalimantan Province Jl. Kusuma Bangasa Number 2 Samarinda was attended by the Secretary, Head of Subdivision, Kasubbag, Kasubbid and Staff of the Bappeda of East Kalimantan.

The socialization event was opened by Plh. Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province and at the same time as Secretary, Ir.H. Nazrin, M.Si, said that the importance of data collection was carried out by civil servants in the scope of East Kalimantan Bappeda in order to update the data concerned.

While Rusmiati, Head of Documentation and Information of BKD East Kalimantan Province in conveying the socialization that as a legal basis for the implementation of the socialization of the PNS data data collection system is 1. Law No. 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus, and 2. Perka BKN 19 of 2015 Guidelines for PUPNS Electronic Implementation of 2015.

Rusmiati continued his presentation by conveying the background, among others:
1. The last PUPNS activity was carried out in 2003 -> PUPNS needs to be carried out periodically at least once every 10 years; 2. Build monitoring and evaluation of staffing data to increase and maintain data accuracy; 3. Building PNS PNS Sense of Awareness/Owarenship on Personnel Data; 4. Rearrange the staffing information system in accordance with the mandate in Law No. 5 of 2014 concerning ASN; 5. The dynamics of organizational change and regional expansion, as well as changes in staffing management, including ASN management; 6. Specific Data Needs (Data Welfare PNS such as housing, health, insurance, education).

The purpose of implementing the Socialization of the PNS Re -Data Data Collection System is in order to obtain accurate, trusted and integrated data, as a basis for the need in developing ASN staffing information systems that support rational management of ASN management as a state apparatus resource.

The data coverage needed includes: 1). Principal Data of Personnel (Core Data); 2). Historical data (Historical Data) consist of data on rank, education, position, family, etc; 3). Socio -Economic Data (Welfare) PNS consists of children's education data, housing; 4). Others (PNS Stakeholders): BPJS, Bapertarum, KPE.
