This was conveyed by the Governor of East Kalimantan when delivering remarks and at the same time opened the Governor's Working Meeting with the Regent/Mayor, SKPD and Vertical Agencies throughout East Kalimantan with the Agenda of Submission of DIPA and the allocation of Regional Transfer Funds and Evaluation of the Second Year of the RPJMD of the East Kalimantan Province 2013-2018.

With the submission of DIPA and DPA today, I also asked all agencies both vertical, provincial and district/city SKPD in East Kalimantan to be able to carry out the development process, so that development can be felt directly by the community. Furthermore, to the Regent /Mayor of East Kalimantan I need to convey the following things that need to get together attention:
1. So that as soon as possible deliver DIPA to the Regional Work Unit in their respective regions so that the people's economy moves faster.
2. Improve the quality of APBD spending by ensuring the budget allocation is really utilized for programs and activities that have great added value for the community.
3. So that the APBD can be approved on time so that the implementation of activities in the area sourced from the APBD can be carried out immediately without administrative, procedural and bureaucratic constraints.
4. Improve the competence of all apparatus mainly to increase transparency and accountability of regional financial management.
5.
