Preparation of Rankhir RKPD Prov. East Kalimantan 2023 to facilitate the Ministry of Home Affairs
Saturday, 04/06/2022. East Kalimantan Province Bappeda through the Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation Sector (P2EPD) held an Internal Meeting on the Final Draft Document for the RKPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2023 to facilitate the Ministry of Home Affairs which was attended by all structural officials and technical staff in the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda environment, at the Four Point Hotel Balikpapan. The meeting was chaired by the Head of P2EPD Bappeda Division of East Kalimantan Province, Mrs. Rina Juliaty, S.Si, M.Sc.

This meeting has scheduled several things including agreeing on the schedule for the completion of the RKPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2023; Preparation of SSH Substitute Working Paper; and Improvement of the East Kalimantan Province RKPD document in 2023.
with regard to the agenda schedule that has been prepared, agreed to determine the time of several important agendas such as the facilitation and determination of the Regency/City RKPD Rapergub/Pergub in the 3rd and 4th week of June; Determination of the Governor's Decree on Renja PD East Kalimantan Province in 2023 in July; Determination of Regional RKPD Regency/City in the first week of July; and the determination of the Regional Head SK regarding Renja PD in August.

At this meeting the draft of the RKPD Document of East Kalimantan Province in 2023 was prepared by the drafting team through the correction mechanism from all fields of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda environment that was present at the meeting. Furthermore, the results of the correction will be submitted to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
