Preparation for the selection of providers through tender/selection/e-Purchasing (catalog)
Bappeda East Kalimantan Province through the Goods/Services Procurement Manager of East Kalimantan Bappeda, Idham Rahma Putra, S.T. along with staff attended the Preparatory Meeting for Selection of Providers via Tender/Selection/E-Purchasing (Catalog) held by the East Kalimantan Goods and Services Procurement Bureau at the Mercure Samarinda Hotel, Wednesday (04/01/2023).

The meeting, which was attended by KPA/PPK and Goods/Services Procurement Managers consisting of all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, was opened by the Regional Secretary of East Kalimantan Province, Mrs. Sri Wahyuni.

In his direction, he conveyed the importance of communication and coordination between the Goods and Services Procurement Bureau (PBJ) with the Budget User Authority and Commitment Making Officials (KPA and PPK) within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government in order to achieve ease and success of the process of procuring goods and services.

It was further stated that this activity is important to carry out at the beginning of the year to maintain commitment in the process of procuring goods and services through Tender/Selection/E-Purchasing (Catalogue), considering that in 2023 is the year from the end of the term of office of the Governor of East Kalimantan, Mr. Isran Noor and Deputy Governor of East Kalimantan, Mr. Hadi Mulyadi.
