Pre-Public Consultation Forum Preliminary Draft Amendments to the RPJMD for East Kalimantan Province for 2019-2023 and Preliminary Draft for RKPD for East Kalimantan Province for 2022

Samarinda, (16/02/2020). Head of Bappeda, East Kalimantan Province, Prof. M. Aswin chaired the Pre-Public Consultation Forum on the initial draft of changes to the RPJMD for East Kalimantan Province for 2019-2023 and the Preliminary Draft for RKPD for East Kalimantan Province for 2022 virtually via the zoom meeting application.

By involving all regional apparatus of the East Kalimantan Province, this activity is intended to technically discuss the 2022 East Kalimantan RPJMD Plan and East Kalimantan RKPD as well as obtain input and suggestions for improvements before the Public Consultation is held.

In his briefing Aswin explained eight superior programs for Sovereign East Kalimantan, namely 250,000 Job Opportunities, 500 KM Production Roads, Increased Incentives (TEACHERS AND RELIGIOUS GUIDELINES), 1,000,000 HA of Agricultural Land, 6,500 Full Scholarships per year, 25,000 Homes for underprivileged families, 32 TRILLION PAD Target, 100M Business Capital.

of these superior programs there are several programs with achievements that have been met and even exceeded the annual target, such as the Livable Homes target which was realized at 5,859 units and the Complete Kaltim Scholarship with a total of 30,431 recipients. Meanwhile The Government's efforts to improve the quality of education by providing improvements in the welfare of teaching staff through incentives, in 2019 it was allocated Rp. 1,000,000 per person for secondary school teaching staff which is given to private schools. Meanwhile, other programs have not yet met their annual targets for 2020.

Aswin said that it is hoped that regional officials involved in the program who have not achieved the target will be asked to re-formulate their targets and targets Ranwal P-RPJMD East Kalimantan.
